Thought I'd make one of these types of threads so i can keep everyone up to date with whats going on in my world:
17th May '10: Well it's good to see the D back on the forums and that GLR is up and running again..not that it really went away. Well over the past year i've changed jobs...got engaged...and been working on a few little things.
One of those is a project to record some re-imagined versions of some of my more fav songs. Basicly as some of you may know back in the day my recording set-up went a bit wrong and for along time all i could record was vocals and acoustic guitar at the same time, with maybe a 2nd track on top. Which was fine, it resulted in many songs and i enjoyed it and still do. But i've recently got a new bit of kit to make recording a whole lot easier and thought i'd look back at some of those older songs and see what i could do with them. Anyways i'll update you all with some tasters soon.
*edit... tasters are on my facebook and myspace pages*

Just a quick update. I've had to put my music on hold for a while now due to being diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my right wrist which has made it almost impossible to play the guitar at the moment Should be getting some treatment for it in the near future so hope to be up and running (and playing) again soon.

Well to keep you updated i've had a steroid injection in my wrist which was not nice coz i had a reaction to the steroid which made me feel sick as a dog for 24 hours or so.
The Doc said to give it six weeks and it there's no improvment then she'll refer me over to the hospital for an op on it.

Hi all...long time to speak. Had an op on my hand/wrist about 5 weeks ago for my CTS and now things are much better and am playing and writing again.
I hope be able to get get my shit together and get round to finishing "For a Second (Too Late)" some time soon, but with my little 6 month old daughter taking up much of my time things are a little slow.
Anyways feels soo good to be back in the sadle as it were.
